RBD Coconut Oil

Hydrogenated Coconut Oil

             Melting Point 30-33deg C

             Colour (5.25” lovibond cell) 1 Red Max

RBD Palm Oil will be semi solid/solid at temperatures below 33deg C.
RBD Coconut Oil will be semi solid/solid below 22deg C.
Therefore, the state of the product whether solid/semi solid/liquid will depend very much on the surrounding temperature.

Packaging

FlexiTanks (about 20MT)

For flexi tank packaging, please see the picture below which is self explanatory. It is one piece of about 20MT depending on the density of the product. From the picture, you will notice that the oil will have to be pumped out from the tank at the factory. The bags are disposable, therefore if the product is semi solid, you can also cut the bags to scoop out the products

Container / FlexiTanks arrive in a kit, ready for assembly.   The outside box will become the bulkhead.

 The Container / FlexiTank is fitted into the container.

If required, a Container / FlexiTank Heater Pads are installed.

 The  Container / FlexiTank is assembled and filled with product.

With the Cortainer / ITW patented bulkhead in place, the load is complete.  The container is ready for shipping. 

The CONTAINER / ITW Flexitank all-metal load / discharge and air vent fittings are the standard for the industry, avoiding the unreliability associated with the widely used plastic heat-sealed fittings. Together with the double-skin thick-wall design, this makes the CONTAINER / ITW Flexitank the most reliable ever.
