1) How safe is my design in China

Answer:

For the protection of intellectual property, we cooperate with legal advisers to draft disclosure agreement in order to protect the design of product. These declarations need to be signed by the Chinese partner. Besides, in case of composite products, we can also chose to separate production and assembly to minimize the risk.

2) What is the delivery time of a prototype?

Answer: In case it is a prototype without the need of making a mould, than we in general it will take a week to produce it and 3 days per express to send it.

New Question: How long does it take before we can see the first production sample? This mainly depends on the complexity and the size of the product. As for plastic it will take approximately take 4 to 6 weeks to produce a first sample. Aluminium high pressure injection will take up to 8 weeks, but for sand casting the delivery time for the first new sample will be 4 weeks.

3) How do I arrange the export of my product?

Answer: Goods can be delivered to your door, this means sthat you don’t need to worry about complicated export procedures or logistics problems.

4) Can you also provide factories who can produce high technology processes?

Answer: Yes, this is possible, but it depends on the required technology. China can in some circumstances produce high-tech products that will not be less in quality than western products. In other fields they still have to improve a lot. We have a database in which we can look or when special techniques are required, we can use our sourcing team to find suitable suppliers to localize this technique.

5) What are the cost to deliver the first sample?

Answer: This depends on the product and on the factory. As soon as we have your inquiry, we can immediately give you the answer.

6) What are the payment term ?

Answer: Depending on the type of assignment we charge a prepayment of maximum 50% at order and the left over need to be paid before shipment.

7) Are you able to import special material for your product?

Answer: Yes. Because the material will be imported and exported after production, it means that there doesn’t need to be any tax levied on the products. However, the import procedure is very complex, but we have the necessary experience.
