2) LC at sight, irrevocable, transferable, confirmed and negotiable with BNP-Paribas Montreal (Canada)

All banks fees have to be paid by the customer (issuing bank, third party banks if any, and seller’s bank)
All documents must bear Frigorie Inc as shipper, exporter or  seller
Third party documents acceptable
Amount and quantity more or less 10%

Guarantee
One year for the complete air conditioning sets
Three years for compressors (2 years more in option; consult us)
The equipments have to be set up and the yearly maintenance has to be done by a professional.
1% (FOB order amount basis) of spare parts is delivered for free with each order.

Prices
Prices are FOB Asia in USD or Euro; 90 days validity
FOB prices are for 40' FCL order basis
Add  10% for a 20' FCL order
Add 25% for the samples orders

OEM - Customer’s brand
Customers can order with their own brand without additional fees for minimum order of one 40' HQ FCL

Packing and labelling
All  sets are individually packed
Customized labelling  upon request without extra cost

Customized printed catalog
Available according to customers needs; consult us for the cost and delivery time.

Samples
To allow customers to test the equipment before any order, we recommend to purchase a sample with air cargo liner delivery.
Average air shipment fees: US$ 650.00 - US$ 750.00
50% of  freight fees for the samples are refundable with the first order.
Delivery time: allow 3-6 weeks after reception of the payment.

Orders procedure and stages
Frigorie Inc. issues a pro forma invoice to the customer (2 - 3 days)
Issuing of a LC draft for checking (2 - 3 days)
Issuing of the original LC from bank to bank (one week)
Checking of the LC by BNP-Paribas Montreal (2 to 3 days)
Confirmation of the LC  by buyer's bank to BNP-Paribas Montreal (2 to 3 days)
Order production and loading (3 to 8 weeks according to the period of the year)
Shipping to the buyer (3 to 5 weeks) according to the destination
