We are currently one of Australia's leading pre-packers in apples and pears, supplying the leading supermarket chains Australia wide. We have packed for export before and would like to do more.

We pre pack apples,  pears, nectarines and peaches.

Apples and pears

The varieties of apples are:
Granny Smith, Red Delicious, Golden Delicious, Royal Gala, Pink Lady, Fuji, Jonathon, Braeburn, Bonza and Sundowner.

The varieties of pears are:
Packham and Buerre Bosc.

Season
From about April until December - January

Nectarines and peaches

Varieties of nectarines are:
Rose Diamond Mayglow and Fairlane

Variety peaches are:
May Crest, Ellegant Lady and Ohenry.

Sizes:
The sizes of the fruit available for pre packing are:  51mm, 54mm, 57mm and 60mm,  available in class 1 and 2.

Season
From December until early March.

Packing

1) We pre pack the apples and pears in a 1kg bag, 1.5kg bag and 2kg bag.

1kg bag, 10  or 12 bags per carton
1.5kg bag,  8 or 10 bags per carton.
2kg bag fits 6 bags in carton and another with 10 bags in the carton.

We stack pallets of up to 70 cartons, but again, its up to the customer on how many cartons per pallet they would like.
All varieties are stacked on separate pallets, with a stamp on the front displaying the variety in which it is.

2) Stone fruit and some varieties of apples are packed in a 1kg punnet.

All punnets are packed with 1kg of fruit and fit 9 to a carton.

In a 20, FCL we load 11 export skids or 10 cheap pallets.
In a 40’ FCL we load 24 export skids or  20 cheap pallets.
